Particularly, DTU students received guidance on essential skills to impress employers, along with personalized career advice and development guidance, opening up new prospects for their future careers.
Speaking at the event, Dr. David Saiia, Dean of the DTU SouthStar Management Institute, remarked: “Logistics and Supply Chain Management play a crucial role in modern society. Today’s talk show equips students with a solid understanding of Logistics and the job opportunities available in this field at Glotrans. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we witnessed severe disruptions in supply chains, highlighting that Logistics is the ‘heart’ of global society. Without efficient logistics and supply chains, modern society cannot function smoothly.”

Dr. Saiia further emphasized: “Moreover, the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is completely transforming the face of Logistics and Supply Chain Management. AI offers new opportunities but also poses challenges. Some jobs may disappear, but those who can leverage AI will have significant advantages. Lessons from the COVID-19 pandemic and the rise of AI demonstrate that we must control and master technology, rather than letting it control us.”
