On December 10, DTU held an awards ceremony for the ISITDTU CTF (Capture The Flag) contest, with participants from many countries.

Attendees included Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Gia Nhu, Rector of the DTU School of Computer Science; Dr. Nguyen Duc Man, Vice-Rector of the DTU International School; Mr. Nguyen Van Truong, Head of Information Security Human Resources in the Development Department of the Information Security Department at the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam; Mr. Nguyen Minh Phuc, Deputy Director of the VNPT IT Center of Region 3; and all contestants.

Mr. Nguyen Van Truong said: "At the competition, young people from across Vietnam, as well as international students, meet and exchange knowledge and skills with each other. This is also a way of identifying well-qualified employees for work in the IT industry, who will then further develop their strengths and make significant contributions to the field of Information Security."
Contestants
Participants demonstrated their intelligence, patience and creativity in solving complex cybersecurity problems involving malicious code and a variety of attack techniques. The talented and committed contestants came up with impressive solutions and achieved outstanding success. First prize went to the ‘UOK ++’ team; second to the ‘ASEAN pepe,’ team and third to the ‘m1cr0$oft Off1c3’ team.
Many contestants confirmed the ISITDTU CTF event was interesting and challenging, enabling them to meet new friends, tour the city and enjoy scrumptious local dishes. They were particularly proud to participate, because of the nature of the highly professional study and working environment at DTU.
