On April 23, the Danang universities Sports Festival ended after 3 days of fierce competition. It was held at the Danang University of Physical Education and Sports, and sponsored by DTU.

Medals and prizes are awarded in:
- Football: the Danang Architecture University came first; the University of Economics at the University of Danang second; the Danang University of Physical Education and Sports third; and a consolation prize was awarded to the Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology.
The DTU Tug of War team finishes third
- Tug of War: the Danang University of Physical Education and Sports came first; the University of Science and Education at the University of Danang second; DTU third; and a consolation prize went to the Danang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy.
- Table Tennis:
+ Men’s Singles: Ho Anh Tai, from the University of Science and Technology at the University of Danang came first; Dam Ngoc Linh, from the Danang Architecture University second; and Nguyen Viet Hung, from the Danang University of Physical Education and Sports, third.
+ Women’s Singles: Do Thi Tuyet Hoa, from the University of Science and Technology at the University of Danang came first; Le Thi Thu Tam, from the University of Economics at the University of Danang second; and Truong Thi Suong from the Dong A University third.
+ Men’s and Women’s Doubles: Nguyen Anh Tuan and Huynh Thi Thanh Thang, from the University of Science and Technology at the University of Danang came first; Le Van Huy and Ngo Thi My, from the University of Technology and Education at the University of Danang second; and Tran Doan Vu and Nguyen Thi Muoi, from the University of Science and Education at the University of Danang third.
- Badminton:
+ Men’s Singles: Tran Huu Phung, from the University of Economics at the University of came first; Do Anh Vu, from the University of Science and Technology at the University of Danang second; and Nguyen Quoc Toan, from the Danang Architecture University, third.
+ Women’s Singles: Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ly, from the Danang University of Physical Education and Sports came first; Phan Thi Ngoc Lien, from the Dong A University second; and Cao Xuan My, from the University of Technology and Education at the University of Danang; third.
+ Women’s and Men’s Doubles: Le Tien Hung and Tran Thi Kim Thoa, from the Danang University of Physical Education and Sports came first; Ngyen Van Quoc Dung and Pham Thi Nga from Duy Tan University second; and Phan Nguyen Duy Minh and Phan Chi Uyen from the University of Technology and Education at the University of Danang, third.
