On November 5, DTU held a cultural exchange with students from Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore, to broaden cooperation and exchange between the two universities. DTU students learned more another ASEAN country to better prepare themselves for their future careers.

Lecturers and students got to know each other during musical performances and games, and communicated in fluent English when discussing the Passage to ASEAN (P2A) project and presenting interesting information on their languages, food and lifestyles.

Phan Le Ngoc Duy, from K24NAD3, commented: “This meeting allowed us to make new friends and learn more about a different culture. It helped us to perfect our English and extend our hospitality to our foreign friends.”
After the meeting, DTU accompanied Temasek Polytechnic to several local tourist attractions, including Danang’s scenic bridges, Hoi An Ancient Town, beautiful beaches and local markets to demonstrate the traditional local culture.
