Her mother wanted Chi to study Pedagogics, so, when Chi chose to study Tourism and Hotel Management at DTU, far from home, initially her mother did not support her. But Chi strongly believed that she would become more mature living alone and finally convinced her mother. Her mother then investigated the best universities in Vietnam for Tourism studies for Chi.
In the joint DTU-PSU Tourism and Hotel Management program, students receive an international education, taught by American lecturers, and graduate with PSU qualifications. PSU is one of the biggest public universities in the USA. DTU students are also eligible for internships and job opportunities at leading tourism companies, which also impressed Chi and her mother. Chi is now certain that she has made the right choice by selecting the joint DTU-PSU Tourism and Hotel Management program to widen her future career opportunities.
