DTU and the Sheraton Hoi An Tam Ky Resort & Spa signed a partnership agreement for training and employment. The resort will provide 200 jobs for technicians, receptionists, chefs, housekeepers, security guards and others. The resort interviewed student applicants and offered positions to eligible candidates.

Dr. Nguyen Tan Thang, DTU Vice-Provost, said: “The Sheraton Hoi An Tam Ky Resort & Spa Recruitment Day is an excellent opportunity to bridge local business to our students of Tourism and Foreign Languages. The Sheraton can choose candidates to participate in their development. Most importantly, by meeting with the hotel, DTU students can learn more about the business and prepare for their future careers.”
The Sheraton is one of the 30 subsidiaries of Marriott International, a leading global hotel corporation, with 5,700 properties in 110 countries. The Sheraton Hoi An Tam Ky Resort & Spa is an international 5-star Resort & Spa, located on Tam Tien Beach in Nui Thanh, in the south of Quang Nam province and is the fourth Sheraton to be opened in Vietnam.
