In the first round, in the Central Region, there were so many excellent DTU singers that the jury had to add an extra round in order to choose the best candidates. With their confident style and fine musical ability, they made familiar revolutionary songs sound even more arousing.

The songs “Noi lua len em” and “Song Dakrong mua xuan ve”, were performed in the style of Acapella and Beatbox at the first show and “Xa khoi” and “Binh Tri Thien khoi lua” were sung at the second. Standing before them, Ms. Ngoc Khue remarked on how wonderfully they sang.

Phan Thi Xuan, a student of the K20 DLK3 class said: “We are very happy with the result because we have worked hard. We want to thank to DTU Board of Provosts and lecturers and students for enthusiastically supporting us and giving us opportunity to train for the competition. We also thank the DTU Sports and Music Center for directing the performance and for creating our costumes. We will try our best to continue delivering outstanding performances at Tuoi 20 Hat.”

The DTU and the DAU (Danang Architecture University) teams were voted by the audience to represent the Central Region against those from the North and South in the semi-finals in Hanoi. With their talent and the youthful enthusiasm, the DTU team will continue to excel at professional music contests like Tuoi 20 Hat, and others.
