From August 12th to 16th 2014, DTU hosted the conferences on Photonics and Spectroscopy, in collaboration with the Institute of Physics of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.

This forum of leading international scientists focused on Optics, Spectroscopy and Laser technology, Photonics Materials and Devices, Spectroscopy of Nano and Photonic Materials and their applications. Attendees shared ideas on enhancing international partnerships, scientific education and research in Photonics and its applications in Vietnam, and how to improve the standing of Vietnam in the regional and international scientific community.

This year’s Spectroscopy conference allowed participants from Vietnam and elsewhere to share their research achievements and interests in Photonics, Spectroscopy and laser-related topics.

Research papers produced by local researchers and lecturers demonstrated the recent improvements which have been made the quality and effectiveness of Vietnamese researchers here.

The conference will end on November 19th.
