The annual tuition fee of UIU’s Bachelor degree programs in America is approximately $25,000. In contrast, the tuition fee of the On-Site Study-Abroad program at DTU is about $5,000 and students who enroll in the first course will pay only $2,500, representing a discount of 50% for all four academic years. Though the tuition fee is still a bit high, students of Business Administration, Financial Management, Information Technology and Information Systems will receive American-accredited degrees from the North Central Region, which is the highest American all-school accreditation system. They will be taught solely in English by lecturers from UIU.  Additional scholarships and preferential tuition fees offered by DTU have attracted other students also. They will study the full four years at DTU and receive an American degree from UIU, similar to studying in America, on graduation.

Dr. Le Nguyen Bao, Chairman of the DTU Enrollment Board, said: “Amongst the 53 enrollees in the DTU On-Site Study-Abroad program so far, 18 had a score of more than 24 and won full scholarships, worth approximately 800 billion VND each. The 2015 DTU enrollment has attracted outstanding students with high scores in the National Final exam to enroll in the On-Site Study-Abroad program, as well as other programs, including Digital Design, Medicine, Economic Law and Architecture. This good news adds to last year’s success, as the university’s new scholarship policies have attracted many new talented students. The average DTU 2014 valedictorian had a score of 26.5/30 and this year’s score will probably rise to about 28.25/30.”
