Initially held in Palo Alto, California in 2005, BarCamp has expanded to cover more than 350 cities worldwide. Since 2009 BarCamp had been held only in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. A diverse crowd of students, professionals, IT enthusiasts, non-profit organizations, corporate sponsors, employers, recruiters, the technology press, educators and bloggers attended. Barcamps have been successful in introducing new technological startups, products and ideas all over the world.
Dr. Luu Hong Hai, Director of DTU Business Relationship Center, said,
“Hosted in Danang city for the first time, the 2015 BarCamp brings many useful ideas for students, professionals, employers and educators, which will encourage our young people to work hard to make their dreams come true.”
Mr. Ly Dinh Quan speaks at the event
Thirty-two lectures were presented by young businessmen at the BarCamp about IT, Education, Business Start-ups and Volunteer work. These topics helped participants to better understand the role of marketing surveys in the development of mobile games, and covered recent programming trends, secrets of success, effective study methods and ideal charity projects.
The BarCamp provided young people with a great opportunity to connect with like-minded people nationwide, share their new ideas and improve their communication skills.
