DTU Signs a Partnership Agreement with AVN Audit Vietnam Ltd

On December 10th, DTU signed an agreement with AVN Audit Vietnam Ltd. in K7/25 Quang Trung Campus. It saw the attendance of Mr Tran Xuan Thanh, Director General of AVN Audit; Prof. Dr. Le Duc Toan, DTU Vice-Provost; and lecturers, staff, and students of DTU Department of Accounting.

Mr Tran Xuan Thanh said: “Ever since its establishment, AVN Audit has always been striving to deliver its clients the best of services and to create sustainable development value for enterprises. It is a real honor for our company to collaborate with DTU. It will be an opportunity for AVN Audit to exchange experience and learn from the achievements of the university, and at the same time to contribute to the formation of a high-quality workforce for the job market.”

Under the agreement, both sides will collaborate in education, research, and career orientation. Specifically, AVN Audit will support and create favorable conditions for DTU students in field trips to learn about work methods, observation periods, internships, and part-time job opportunities for students. DTU will give AVN Audit the opportunity to take part in and support the specialized education and skills training of students, and to take part in workshops, conferences, and job fairs organized at the university. In particular, DTU lecturers will give courses to AVN Audit employees to improve their specialization and career skills.
 
 
The Signing ceremony between DTU and AVN Audit

Right after the signing ceremony, AVN Audit proceeded to accept 11 trainees from course K17 in Accounting and Auditing of the DTU Faculty of Accounting. They will do a six-month internship at AVN Audit, from December 12th, 2014, to June 15th, 2015. This is also the very first activity to be implemented within the framework of the collaboration between DTU and AVN Audit.
 
AVN Audit Vietnam Ltd. is currently quite prestigious and its activities are of good quality and are spread over many different fields, such as accounting, tax, and financial advice for businesses, and a number of other value-added services. The services it provides have guaranteed quality based on international standards, but are nonetheless suited to Vietnamese business culture. The collaboration with AVN Audit will give DTU students many new study and employment opportunities.
