On October 2nd, the DTU International School hosted an orientation session on the workforce requirements of the Finance and Banking sector. Attendees included Ms. Le Thi Kim Lien, Acting Director of the Kien Long Bank, Danang, Ms. Tran Thi Hoai Van, President of World Links, and lecturers and students of the Accounting, Auditing and Finance and Banking faculties.

Mr. Tran Minh Tung, a lecturer in the DTU International School, gave a brief overview of the current demands. DTU students were told how to analyze key factors that influence recruitment decisions in of each the fields.
A job interview simulation
Participants had a chance to meet companies, learn about working environments and how to prepare professional job application forms and CV. Phan Thi Thuy Linh of K18 PSU QNH2, said:
“The seminar was informative and made me more confident about planning my career. We also were able to talk to executives from businesses in Danang to broaden our knowledge and practical skills.”
