Ms Mai Anh, a DTU student, sings with Phan Dinh Tung
Students and singers shared their experiences with each other, including things such as success, failure, careers, ambitions, and passions. Young singers performed many beautiful songs at the gala, Anh Khang and Thai Trinh sang “Sharing the Moment”, Van Mai Huong sang “Don’t Sit in the Dark” and Hoang Quyen sang “Keep the Earth Green”. Ms Mai Anh from DTU and singer Phan Dinh Tung performed “Let’s Love Each Other”, composed by Trinh Cong Son, which won the hearts of the audience.
After the 2013 Green Robocon Gala, the final round of 2013 Vietnam Robocon contest took place, with thirty-two teams, coming from universities and colleges nationwide. By reaching the 2013 National Finals, the teams have confirmed their talents and excellent team-work in such a big arena.
The Vietnam Robocon Contest is an essential and useful way of nurturing talent, which will lift national technical industry to new heights.
Duc Tien, of the K16 TPM class, and a member of DTU - POLLUX team said: “We have completed the latest robot which we will officially present in the finals. It has been perfected to limit the number of incidents which might occur on the field. We are determined to win surprising and outstanding victories this time.”
Hoai Thuong, of the K17 YDD class, added: “We are following all the DTU Robocon teams and wish them glorious victories. We also hope that all Robocon teams will compete fairly and provide spectacular performances for the spectators.”
