From the 15th to the 18th of December, 37 Master’s degree candidates successfully defended their theses. This was considered to be major new academic achievement to become one of only two universities offering post-graduate courses.
A candidate defends his thesis
Students majoring in Computer Science and Business Administration spent 18 months completing their courses. After 6 months of writing their theses, most of the 37 succeeded in defending them in front of the committee and were awarded their Master’s degrees.
“Most students defended their theses successfully. We are all happy for them as their projects were very practical and full of new and creative ideas”, said Mr. Nguyen Gia Nhu, Vice Dean of the DTU Postgraduate Department.
Until now, five hundred students have enrolled in post-graduate programs in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting and Banking. DTU will offer postgraduate courses in Civil Engineering, as well as internationally recognized MBA courses.
