Boping. Liu
Liu Boping has a great passion for the culinary industry. He is a pursuer of craftsmanship, culinary art and professional ethics. In his 30 years as culinary carrier, chef Liu has trained over 200 apprentices, 100 of which are now Chinese Master Chefs, and 50 are now regarded as famous chefs in China. Many of his students have become part of the backbone of catering companies and restaurants. Chef Liu is an outstanding culinary innovator. He has developed over 160 Chongqing-style dishes. He endeavours to promote Chongqing culinary arts throughout the country and further around the world. Chef Liu has created more than 250 jobs. He provides boarding for his employees, carries out an incentive system of "more pay for more work", and does as much as he can to help them in their lives.
