Chef David Sosson, from Brittany, France, has worked for several restaurants and hotels within the region, including ‘Patrick Jeffroy (2 star Michelin restaurant). From 2001 to 2005 he was appointed Executive Chef at the Carcosa Seri Negara boutique hotel and in 2004 was awarded Best Personality Cchef from Hospitality Asia. In 2005 David opened The Viceroy - Bali, and has since also worked in Morocco and Mauritius. He is has been in Doha for the Sport Zone Aspire for 7 years, and is now at Kitchen Kitchen, of one of the biggest catering companies in the region.
