Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Thuy, President of the Vietnam Informatics Association, President of FISU Vietnam,

Chair of the State Professorship Council in IT, and Chair of the RIVF Scientific Council, delivers the opening speech

In his opening remarks, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Thuy, stated: “Since its inception in 2003, the RIVF Conference has become a significant scientific event, attracting widespread interest from researchers in the fields of Computing and Communication Technologies, not only in Vietnam but also worldwide. At the RIVF Conference in 2007, the IEEE Vietnam Section was officially established, and since then, RIVF has become an IEEE conference.

RIVF 2024 continues to be a unique opportunity for experts, innovators, and researchers to exchange ideas, share research findings, identify emerging issues, and establish academic partnerships among universities and research institutes in the fields of Computing and Communication Technologies. The success of RIVF 2024 owes much to the substantial and impactful contributions of authors, reviewers, and high-impact scientific reports, all of which significantly influence the IT community in Vietnam. Together, these elements contribute to the success of RIVF 2024.”
