On June 7th, 2009, the leaders of the Software Engineering Group of Vietnam held a meeting at DTU.
Mr. Le Cong Co, President of SEG together with Dr. Nguyen Dung, Provost of Van Lang University and the General Manager of DTT in Hanoi attended this meeting.
Many issues were raised such as, the progress of the one - year old CMU program, SEG finances situation, student enrollment and the workshops given by CMU professors visiting Vietnam. They also discussed plans to expand the CMU program in SEG over the next academic year.
The excellent DTU/CMU program in IT is brought to Duy Tan by one of the most distinguished University in America. It was implemented at Duy Tan University and Van Lang University in 2008 with over 200 students.
