With the aim of seeking integrarion chances as well as increasing teacher’s quality, DTU’s Board of Governors has ceaselessly established cooperation with regional and national universities. On the morning of October 6th, 2005 at the 10th floor, Conference Hall, the DTU participants including President Le Cong Co, leaders from other offices and centers such as External Affairs Office, The Center of Marketing & Job Promotion, Board of Trustees Office, Administrative Office welcomed the delegation from Danang Foreign Affairs, particurlarly with the attendance of Mrs. Kimberly K. Gillen - an American consulate Cultural attaché.
The two sides had a discussion in a friendly atmosphere with the exciting presentation from the leader of the Foreign Affairs Division about DTU and the efforts of the President in seeking cooperation with a great number of American universities in the past gave a special impression in the heart of Mrs Kimberly K. Gillen. During the talk, Mrs Kimberly also introduced to the participants information about FullBright educational programme and the American Library Corner located at Information Resources Centre, Danang University.
The working visit finished, Mr President sent a sincere thanks to the delegation, wishing Mrs Kimbery many successes in Vietnam. The mutual exchange of friendly gifts implies the solidarity of the two sides.
