MOU Signing Ceremony with Union Tec Vietnam
On June 5, 2026, DTU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Union Tec Vietnam Co., Ltd. to launch collaborative human resource development initiatives. The partnership aims to strengthen university -industry engagement while expanding learning, internship, and career opportunities for DTU students.

Union Tec Vietnam is a member of Japan’s Union Tec Group, which was established in 2000 and specializes in Planning, Design, and Interior Construction. Guided by its corporate philosophy, “Build a New Standard,” the company has built a strong reputation in the architecture, construction, and graphics industries by delivering comprehensive, innovative, and high-quality solutions.
Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, and operating branch offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, Union Tec Vietnam specializes in the design and construction of modern interior spaces, including medical clinics, dental practices, office environments, and resorts. The company is also recognized as a leading provider in Japan for Computer Graphics (CG) visualization services, contributing to the development of professional and internationally recognized design solutions.

The MOU signing marks a significant milestone in the partnership between DTU and Union Tec Vietnam. Under the agreement, the two parties will collaborate on joint programs and international cooperation initiatives, while implementing a Human Resource Development Program designed to provide DTU students with opportunities for academic enrichment, short-term internships, and employment after graduation.
Through this collaboration, students will gain valuable exposure to real-world working environments, receive professional training in specialized knowledge and industry-relevant skills, and benefit from direct mentorship from Union Tec Vietnam’s experts throughout their internships and training programs. The company will also support the partnership by providing training facilities and equipment, as well as evaluating student internship performance to ensure the program’s effectiveness.
The partnership with Union Tec Vietnam is expected to create new pathways for learning and career development for DTU students while further enhancing the University’s training quality and industry connections. It will serve as an important bridge between academic learning and professional practice, enabling students to gain hands-on experience, strengthen their professional competencies, and confidently pursue career opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
