DTU has increasingly partnered with educational institutions and companies, in Vietnam and abroad, to enhance the quality of education and keep up with ever-changing requirements. Partners include Pennsylvania State University, one of the top fifty universities in Business Management worldwide, who offer courses in Business Administration; Accounting; and Finance & Banking. Graduates of these advanced programs receive from 19 to 21 internationally recognized PSU Course Completion Certificates. Students majoring in Economics & Management also benefit from innovative international teaching systems, including the PBL (Problem-Based Learning/Project-Based Learning) method.
In contrast to other universities, DTU has assembled teams of highly creative and experienced professors, with PhDs from well-known universities at home and abroad, including the UK, the US, India, Belgium, South Korea and elsewhere. In addition, many of the DTU Vietnamese lecturers in Management & Accounting have been trained at Pennsylvania State University.
DTU has adopted the PBL (Problem-Based Learning/Project-Based Learning) system for teaching Economics Management, which helps students to broaden their education, skills and professional experience and gives them the confidence to compete and succeed in international competitions.
Hired before graduation
In Vietnam, the development of IT and digital technology is now highly beneficial to university students, particularly in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, e-Commerce, and Accounting, who study using the latest applications related to their fields of study.
In addition to their theoretical studies DTU has partnered with several local businesses to broaden internship and career opportunities. These include the Danang Port, the Danang Rubber Company, Agribank, Vietinbank, BIDV, Vietcombank, and PvcomBank. Economics & Management graduate hires include:

DTU students win important awards and start-up prizes
Le Thi Thu Ngan, a 2022 Business Administration graduate, has made significant entrepreneurial achievements along with several other Economics & Management students, including:
She scored 28.5 in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the 2017 National High School Exam and became a DTU Valedictorian. She gained the trust of her peers and was elected the K23KEU QTH Union Branch Secretary for Business Administration. She had achieved outstanding academic results and won big prizes in her research activities. Before graduating, Thu Ngan had been offered a job at Docorp (in Danang & Ho Chi Minh City)
In the 2018-2019, Thu Ngan was named Student of Five Merits at both the University and City levels for her sustained efforts in studying and pioneering in community activities
She was the only delegate from Danang to participate in the 6th National Youth congress, following Uncle Ho's 2020 Precept, to be held in Nghe An.
In 2019, Phan Van Thinh came second at “The Connecting Creative Startup Ideas Fair” and in 2020, finished third in the National Entrepreneurship contest
In 2018, Trish Maguta, a foreign student from Zimbabwe, won third prize at the CDIO Academy and a Consolation prize at the 2019 STR Asia Pacific Market Study competition.
