Most Modern Training and Practice Infrastructure in Central Vietnam
With its recent official completion of the 20-floor campus at 3 Quang Trung, DTU offers many advantages to students, who will study in spacious classrooms with the most modern equipment in Central Vietnam.
Complete and diverse ecosystem for tourism training
Even within the university itself, each piece of infrastructure for every major has been designed for coherency and quality:
- The Hospitality & Tourism Institute (HTi) created a complete and diverse ecosystem for training majors in tourism: a five-star practice hotel, a conference center, a travel company, a buffet restaurant, a cafe, etc.
- The School of Engineering & Technology (SET) set aside a wide space where students can practice construction, architecture, mechanics, and electrical engineering with three mechanics workshops, eight construction & architecture laboratories, two centers (the Center for Electrical Engineering (CEE) and the Center for Mechanical Engineering (CME)) with many real-life electronics and mechanics machines. A lot of impressive equipment normally only seen in big factories and workshops is gathered there: a Kasuga V100 CNC, a PLC S7-300, and a S7-1200 from Siemens, a UR3 industrial robot arm from Universal Robotics, Winho high-speed lathes, Fintek hydraulic metal presses, etc.
Modern equipment for electrical engineering and mechanics training
- The School of Medicine & Pharmacy (SMP) has been allotted the entire F building with 19 rooms for situation training, 7 control rooms, and 2 debriefing rooms with total investment of over three million USD. There are currently two rooms for nursing skills training meeting Japanese standards, given by Glome Management corp. with total equipment value of over 600 million VND. There are also complete dentistry chairs and 20 dentistry training simulation sets, besides a lot of other equipment.
