With their project to paint power poles, DTU students made old and monochrome power poles look new and more colorful.
As part of union work and the student movement in 2021-2022 and launching the 2022 Youth Month, the DTU Youth Union collaborated with the Hai Chau District Youth Union in Danang to implement the project to paint power poles at Thanh Son street, Thanh Binh ward.
Nearly 30 DTU Faculty of Architecture & Applied Arts students made designs and painted power poles on the topic “Ocean and Flowers”. With their talent, they contributed to making the street more beautiful.
On February 27, leaders of the Danang Youth Union visited and encouraged the student volunteers. Mr. Nguyen Ba Duan, Vice Secretary of the Danang Youth Union, expressed the hope that more streets would be decorated to improve awareness of community cleanliness among people.
Started on February 25, the project is expected to take 15 days to finish it.
