On December 30, the DTU School of Foreign Languages & Social Humanities celebrated a Gala Night online, entitled: “HIGHWAY OR RUNWAY” to help students discover themselves and create brands of their identities.
Attendees included Professor Chun Kyung-Soo, Provost of the DTU School of Foreign Languages & Social Humanities; Professor Ton Nu My Nhat, Vice-Provost; Dr. Hoang Thi Huong, Vice-Provost; lecturers, staff and students. Invited guests were Rapper Phan Thanh Hien, also known as Kenji, who was a talented sixteen-year-old contestant in the 2020 King of Rap’s top 20 and is now a member of the P336 band, and Nguyen Ngoc Hanh My, a lecturer majoring in PR at Van Lang University.

Interesting and exciting performances by students included mini-games, and Rapper Kenji and lecturer Nguyen Ngoc Hanh My related inspiring stories and gave the students advice on how to orient themselves to create their own personal brands.

A video competition, “Coloring 2021”, was then held to say goodbye to 2021 and welcome 2022. The gala was an excellent opportunity for lecturers and students to get together and hopefully 2022 will be a successful year for all members of the School of Foreign Languages & Social Humanities.
