On March 29, DTU and Vinpearl held an informative meeting on job responsibilities and career prospects at Vinpearl, entitled “The Road to Hospitality."

Over the past 17 years, Vinpearl has worked hard to become widely known internationally for its chain of 5-star hotels, resorts and golf courses throughout Vietnam, in Lang Son, Ha Nam, Thanh Hoa, Danang, Nha Trang and elsewhere.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Khanh, Director of Human Resource Development at Vinpearl, said: “Currently, the Vietnamese tourism sector is developing rapidly, so employment requirements are rising and the demand for highly-qualified candidates is still a top priority for employers. Because of this, you should put in much more effort to study harder, learn other languages and dress professionally. Three years from now, Vinpearl will have about 33 hotels, resorts and restaurants and, as a result, there will be thousands of new jobs to apply for.”
DTU students attend the program
Nguyen Cong Thieu, a K24 student of PSU Tourism and Hospitality Management, said: “Vinpearl is one of the most famous brand names in Vietnam. It would great to work there. We are very happy to attend this informative and interesting meeting.”
