From April 26th to 28th April, DTU held the 20th Youth Informatics Competition. It was a great opportunity for students from all schools to compete and be chosen for an Informatics team that will join the upcoming 23rd competition to be held in Bac Ninh in August.

There were 779 contestants, including 329 from primary schools, 293 from secondary schools and 157 from high schools with 121innovative software products and 38 hardware programming products.
This competition aims to promote teaching and learning Informatics and IT applications in high schools. The event consisted of 3 parts: General, Innovative Software (for students from primary, secondary and high schools) and Hardware Programming (for students from secondary and high schools).

As a co-organizer, DTU thoroughly prepared both facilities and staff. Students were equipped with highly configurable computers, a stable internet connection, modern projectors and other devices to support them with their presentations.
In addition, to encourage the passion for science and technology research in Da Nang city, DTU awarded winning students total prize of 45 million dong.
The judges said that the submissions went beyond their expectations of high-quality, creative products with highly practical applications.
