On October 14th, the DTU P2A Management Board held a meeting with new DTU P2A Ambassadors and awarded certificates to the P2A delegation at Rangsit University in Thailand.

The DTU P2A Ambassador Selection program attracted many students. Seven outstanding candidates passed the exam and became 2015 DTU P2A Ambassadors. They were Chu Hai Yen of K19 YDH10, Huynh Thi Kim Quy of K19YDH10; Le Tu Dung of K19 CSUXDD, Ton That Binh of K19CMUTPM1, Nguyen Phuong Ha of K19PSUKKT1, Nguyen Quoc Thai of K18PSUQTH2 and Mai Quang Nhat of K19 NAD2.

Nguyen Quoc Thai, a new DTU P2A Ambassador, said: "We competed in several rounds during the selection process, including writing a CV, an essay about P2A and the duties of a P2A Ambassador. Immediately I was selected, I took part in many activities, such as welcoming student delegations to DTU and Danang. As a result, I have become more self-confident, taken on new responsibilities and made new friends from several other countries."
DTU held the first P2A from June 18th to 21st at Rangsit University in Thailand. Fourteen DTU students visited Rangsit University, learning how to cook, go shopping at the night market, share cultural experiences and so on. The P2A Management Board awarded a certificate to the DTU P2A delegation at Rangsit University. Mr. Nguyen Huy Phuoc of the DTU International Relations Office, said: “The first P2A meeting was an important step and paves the way for future visits to other ASEAN universities. The students will be able to further broaden their knowledge and experience in other countries in the ASEAN region and become more confident working internationally. The DTU P2A Ambassadors will encourage all DTU students to participate in P2A activities to refine their education in preparation for the birth of the ASEAN community in late 2015.”
