On June 4th, in collaboration with the Central Vietnam Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper, DTU held the 2015 Jobs Fair to provide job opportunities for thousands of graduates in Danang.
Job seekers met with employers
The DTU 2015 Jobs Fair attracted forty-four companies from Danang and surrounding provinces in the Central Region, with more than 1,900 jobs in the fields of Tourism, IT, Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and others. Several employers such as the Bana Hill, the Thaco Group, Golf clubs and others need more new employees.
The event attracted both DTU students and those of other universities and their parents as well. They came to gain useful job market information and have a better understanding of the current employment opportunities and challenges so that they could give their children good careers advice.
The annual DTU Jobs Fair has provided local employers with 5,000 applicants, helping them recruit highly-qualified human resources. This is one of DTU’s efforts to create jobs for fresh graduates, boosting partnerships between DTU and local industries, as well as improving the quality of education at the university.
