Then the Bkit - Respawn team (from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology) solved a 300 point problem in the final 30 seconds to become second, 100 points higher than the Duy Tan ISIT1 team.
The Duy Tan ISIT1-DTU team remains the only one from the Central region to enter the national finals, and it is also the only team from a private university coming third in the final rounds of the competition.
Tran Nhu Minh from K-17 TMT, DTU IT Faculty, said: “We feel so excited to have beaten three other strong teams at the southern primary rounds and to have come third at the National Finals. What I learnt from the Students with Information Security Contest will help me perfect my major.”
