In addition to perfecting its curricula, DTU frequently holds workshops and seminars to exchange information and experiences, such as “An Introductory Telemedicine Workshop”, “A Pharmacist Training Seminar”, “New Hope for Physiotherapy Courses”, and others.

In collaboration with other organizations, DTU has sponsored the building of the Suoi Hoa Nursing Home of Love for underprivileged and sick patients in Danang. In order to create internship and career opportunities for students, DTU has partnered with several hospitals, health centers, and medical and pharmaceutical training institutions, both national and international. These include North Quang Nam General Hospital, the Polyclinic Hospital of Northern Quang Nam, Ubon Ratchathani and Burapha Universities in Thailand, and so on.

The partnership with the University of Illinois opens up a new opportunity for Vietnamese students to study internationally-standardized courses and also demonstrates the leadership of DTU in responding to one of the most important issues facing our country today.
