On April 23rd, the final match of the 8th Huda Cup Student Football Tournament was played between DTU and Quang Nam Orient College, at the National Defense Sports Gymnasium Number 3.
With their flexible play and an excellent strategy, DTU played very well and scored the first goal in the first few minutes. Then Quang Nam Orient College had difficulty coming back against DTU. The teams were at 1-1 at the end of the first half.

In the second half, the cheering and applause from their fans inspired the DTU team to play harder, with very accurate passing. DTU played very well and demonstrated their prowess. DTU finally defeated Quang Nam Orient College 4-2 and go onto to the finals.

At the closing ceremony, the organizers gave Player of the Match award to Le Tuan. The Top Goal Scorer was Tran Huu Loi and the Best Goal Keeper was presented to Le Anh Quy of the DTU team. After much preparation, the DTU team and their supporters were not surprised by their win. With their good teamwork and competitive spirit, DTU will do play their hardest to win in the final round in Central Vietnam, to be held in Hue in May.
