On April 13th, the first matches of the eighth Danang Huda Cup Football Tournament took place at the National Defense Sport and Gymnasium Number 3, in Military Zone Number 5, in Danang.

The Huda Cup is an annual football tournament for students held by Danang University, the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism, the National Defense Sport and Gymnasium Number 3 and the Hue Brewery. There are nine teams from Danang universities and colleges and one team from Quang Nam Orient College.
A match between DTU and the Danang Economics University
The DTU team, champions of the 2013 Danang Huda Cup, and the Danang Economics University team competed first. The DTU students, in red shirts, played well and demonstrated their prowess.
Tran Hu Loi, a DTU student in shirt number ten, scored the first goal. After 5 minutes, the DTU team supporters were hungry for the second goal. However, Danang Economics University prevailed and also scored two goals, with the match ending 2-2.
The eighth Danang Huda Cup football tournament will end on April 24th. The two finalists in Danang and other leading teams from Hue, Quang Binh, Ha Tinh and Nghe An will move on to participate in the finals in Hue in May.
