On April 12, the I/T Faculty and the International School welcomed Mr. Hans Duisters, CEO of the Sioux Group, Mr. Le Van Viet, Softtech Vice-Director and Mr. Le Minh Hung, the Software Manager.
According to Mr. Duisters, Sioux employs three hundred professionals in fields such as software engineering, remote solutions and electronics development. Sioux also helps companies to find innovative ways to improve their products and procedures. Sioux’s customers are advised on how shorten product introduction and announcement cycle times to increase their competitiveness.
The CEO of the Sioux Group and the Softtech Company meet with DTU
“As one of world’s leading companies in I/T communications, we are looking for qualified staff in Danang to develop our products to customers’ requirements worldwide. We look forward to working with DTU students”, said Mr. Duisters.
On behalf of DTU, Mr. Truong Tien VU, the Dean of the DTU I/T Department thanked the guests for their interest in DTU. He said that there were about three hundred and fifty I/T students graduating this year, including fifty postgraduates, most of whom have passed the TOEIC or TOEFL English tests. Some of them are already working at DTT, Softtech, Gameloft, and Logigear and so on.
Mr. Duisters hoped that there would be more future opportunities for the DTU and Sioux Group to cooperate with each other. After the meeting, the guests toured the DTU campus and visited the DTU Center of Research and Development.
