On April 15, the DTU Board of Rectors presented information on advanced programs at DTU and then held an exam for interested students. Dr. Le Nguyen Bao, DTU Vice-Rector, faculty from the DTU International School and parents attended the event.

A brief introduction about DTU’s advanced programs by Dr. Le Nguyen Bao provided students and parents with information and outlined the benefits, which included the high standard of lecturers and materials, and the enhanced opportunities for students to study abroad and secure good jobs. In addition, students graduating from the 2+2 or 1+1+2 programs in Vietnam will be granted internationally recognized certificates which can be used for higher education overseas. Their English-speaking ability will be four times higher than the MOET requirement. DTU also offers programs to assist students with loans for their studies.

Ms. Tran Thi My Ly, a student from the Phan Boi Chau High School in Quang Nam Province said: “I feel a little nervous coming to DTU for the first time to take the entrance exam. However, the presentation boosted my confidence. DTU is such a much bigger university than I’d expected. I hope that I can pass the test and get accepted for the program”.
Students took the exam in that afternoon.
