On the 22nd of December DTU commemorated the 67th Anniversary of Vietnamese Soldiers’ Day (1944-2011). The DTU Board of Rectors met with thirty-nine war veterans.
On behalf of DTU Board of Rectors, Dr. Vo Thanh Hai said: “My wishes go out to you and your families. I hope that you all will keep the spirit of traditional Vietnamese soldiers alive”.

Mr. Tran Hong Phong, Dean of the DTU Political Department recalled some memories about the spirit of Vietnamese soldiers over the years. The meeting was to show our appreciation for the hard years of fighting to protect our country. The meeting ended with the veterans enthusiastically singing some patriotic songs.
