VIETNAM VISA INFORMATION
Visitors to Vietnam must obtain a visa from one of the Vietnamese diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries(1) or countries eligible for electronic visas (2). For an electronic visa application, please visit the Vietnamese foreign ministry official website:
https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/web/guest/trang-chu-ttdt.
Please note that not all the Vietnamese entry ports allow electronic visas, hence please check the correct entry ports (3) when booking your travel if you have an electronic visa.
An alternative option to travel to Vietnam is to obtain a visa on arrival (VOA). In order to get visa on arrival Vietnam, you first obtain visa approval letter approved by Vietnam Immigration. This visa approval letter will allow you pick up your visa on arrival at international airports of Vietnam. Should you decide to do so, you can contact with your any travel company in Vietnam or oversea which can further advise you based on your circumstance (purpose of visit, country etc.). Please note that only the airports at either Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang or Nha Trang can provide this service and you should obtain VOA at the first entry point to Vietnam (e.g. if you fly to Da Nang via Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh city, you should get VOA at Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh city airport, respectively, and continue your fly to Da Nang)
If you need to apply for a Vietnamese visa, please visit your local country Vietnamese embassy website for further information. You should be able to obtain the detail of application process, supporting document requirement, visa fee and time required for your application (it might be different for each country).
We will issue you an invitation letter for your visa application on request. Should you require a letter, please email us to: nqv031187@gmail.com, with your information (a scanned copy of your passport page), your travel dates, your home affiliation/address and your home address.
Please note that visa application time (electronic or paper visa) might be different depending on your nationality and personal circumstance. Therefore, please check with Vietnamese embassy at your country and apply your visa as soon as possible.
