A representative from Da Nang International Airport shared that, with the rapidly increasing number of visitors to Da Nang, airport operations have exceeded the design capacity, placing great pressure on the operational system and service quality. While infrastructure is gradually being modernized toward a 4-star airport standard (T1 terminal), the demand for high-quality human resources has become increasingly urgent to ensure service quality and improve the passenger experience.
Given this, the collaboration with DTU Hospitality and Tourism Institute is seen as a crucial step to supplement and develop high-quality human resources, which will enhance service quality, improve the passenger experience, and meet the growing demands of the airport in the future.
