Speaking at the ceremony, M.A. Journalist Dang Ngoc Luyen, Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Lawyers Magazine, stated: “As part of our development strategy, we have strengthened cooperation with numerous law education institutions nationwide, with particular emphasis on supporting and accompanying students in scientific research activities. In addition to our close collaboration with bar associations, the Magazine has established and continues to expand partnerships with several law training institutions in Hanoi. The signing of this cooperation agreement with DTU today marks a significant milestone, opening up new opportunities in education, research, and professional legal practice.

We aim to contribute to the dissemination of scientific research outcomes, especially students’ academic works and publications, while also developing reputable academic forums that enable students to engage in a professional research environment and effectively bridge theory with practice. In the coming period, the Magazine will actively facilitate opportunities for DTU students to participate in academic activities and publish research papers and professional articles, thereby contributing to the enhancement of educational quality and scientific research.”

Accordingly, the parties agreed to implement a range of practical initiatives, including professional mentoring and career orientation for students, academic development and scientific research, as well as the provision of resources and facilities to support training activities. This important partnership not only helps ensure that the university’s curriculum remains closely aligned with real societal and professional needs, but also enables enterprises to engage early in nurturing a high-quality legal workforce with strong professional competencies.

Following the signing ceremony, the seminar “Graduating with a Law Degree: Stay in the Profession or Change Direction?” was held in a lively and engaging atmosphere. Legal experts shared valuable real-world insights, helping students have a better understanding of career pathways, challenges, and opportunities within the legal field.

The event represents an important milestone, reaffirming DTU’s commitment to strengthening cooperation between academia and industry, with the goal of training and supplying high-quality legal professionals who can meet the increasingly demanding needs of society.
