Under the theme “The Spice of Life,” the exhibition features 80 outstanding works by 44 photographers, highlighting Da Nang’s landscapes, famous attractions, cultural life, entertainment activities, and everyday moments.
“Living in Da Nang for many years, I’m still amazed by so many destinations, landscapes, and activities that I’ve never experienced before. The city looks absolutely wonderful. Seeing these photos makes me love Da Nang even more, and I want to share a lively, colorful Da Nang with my friends and visitors,” said Thu Anh, 22 years old, from Hai Chau Ward.
The “Queen of Primates” (red-shanked douc langur) photo on the Son Tra Peninsula attracted particular attention from young visitors.
Over the past years, Da Nang has affirmed its position as a dynamic tourism city, hosting numerous international-scale events. The city appeals to visitors with its natural beauty, stunning beaches, distinctive cuisine, and well-developed tourist destinations that offer fresh and engaging experiences.
Thao Nguyen, a DTU student, said she invited her friends after learning about the exhibition near her campus. She expressed pride in living in a city known as one of Asia’s leading destinations for festivals and events, and hoped the exhibition would help visitors better understand Da Nang, the city by the Han River.
Held at the Da Nang Museum under clear, sunny weather, the exhibition attracted large crowds, especially young people.
Many visitors showed great interest in the striking photographs on display.
“Go See Do Da Nang” is an annual tourism photography contest aimed at offering fresh, inspiring perspectives on the city and helping visitors appreciate its beauty more deeply.
The outdoor theater by the Han River at night drew particular attention. Many young viewers, inspired by the image, immediately went online to check performance schedules so they could experience it in person. “Tourists dream of visiting Da Nang at least once to witness this. Living right in the city and not taking the time to enjoy such experiences would be a real waste,” shared Ngoc Anh, 21, a third-year student.
Da Nang emerges as a multidimensional, vibrant city, making it hard for viewers to look away.
The exhibition runs until February 25, adding another attractive destination for locals and tourists during the Lunar New Year (Year of the Horse).
