“DTU’s Tour Guide Club” was officially launched on the afternoon of January 14, 2026, at the DTU campus at 120 Hoang Minh Thao. The launch marked the establishment of a platform for academic and professional practice where students can nurture their passions and develop their tour-guiding skills.

The club will provide a highly beneficial professional environment for students interested in tour guiding. It will help supplement practical knowledge; practice professional skills, problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor; and strengthen connections with lecturers, experts, and tourism businesses. Through training sessions, workshops, field trips, and professional exchange, the club is to support students as they build a solid foundation for their future careers.

The club’s advisory board consists of experienced lecturers and experts: Mr Tran Van Hoa (Head of Tour Guides at Vietravel Danang), Mr Ho Vu Hieu (Head of Tour Guides at Saigontourist travel services LLC Danang), MSc Dinh Nguyen Minh Hue (lecturer at the Faculty of International Travel & Tourism), and MSc Nguyen Thi Tuyet (Director of the DTU International Hospitality & Tourism Training Center). They will inspire professional passion and help improve skills training, enabling DTU students to confidently become professional tour guides.
