On the morning of October 25, 2025, DTU worked with FPT Long Chau pharmaceutical JSC to organize the FPT Long Chau Career Compass discussion on the theme “From student to professional: Stories from healthcare” at its campus at 120 Hoang Minh Thao.
The event aimed to strengthen the connection between the university and the business world while giving students a chance to interact with experienced professionals from a notable enterprise. This helps students formulate personal objectives, develop essential professional skills while still in school, and better orient themselves toward future job opportunities after graduation.

The discussion attracted a large number of health sciences students
The event was attended by the board of directors of FPT Long Chau pharmaceutical JSC, the leadership of the DTU College of Medicine & Pharmacy, lecturers of a variety of faculties, subjects, and department, and a crowd of health sciences students.

The speakers shared useful and practical insights during the discussion session
During the session, the speakers provided the students with useful and practical information related to medicine & pharmacy in the new context:
• Part 1: Overview of the healthcare market, introduction to key industry trends, analysis of opportunities and challenges currently facing medical professionals in the labor market.
• Part 2: Focus on health knowledge and healthy lifestyle, emphasizing the importance of self-care in the digital era, as the pharmaceutical and preventive medicine industries are rapidly evolving toward greater technological integration, personalization, and comprehensiveness.
• Part 3: The speakers discussed the connection between knowledge acquired in the classroom and real-world business practice. They told real-life career stories to give students a clearer understanding of actual job market demands.
• Part 4: Introduction to FPT Long Chau’s “4T” model, which encompasses activities for the community, professional training and certification, and many attractive career opportunities - preparing Medicine & Pharmacy students for their professional journeys in the digital age.
