At the closing ceremony of the 2025 Digital Talent Development Program held on October 1st at the National Innovation Center (NIC), Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, DTU was recognized as one of the Top 10 Universities Nationwide for its effective implementation of the Digital Talent Development Program 2025.
DTU lecturers and students have achieved significant accomplishments, making an important contribution to the training of high-quality digital human resources.

The Digital Talent Development Program (Grow with Google - Accelerate Vietnam Digital Talent) is jointly organized by the National Innovation Center (NIC) and Google Corporation. The program aims to improve the quality of human resources and develop digital talent for Vietnam. Since its launch, the program has played a fundamental role in developing high-quality digital talent while promoting the social mission of "Everyone has the opportunity to learn and succeed."
With the support of NIC, Google provided free access to Coursera course accounts throughout the program's duration. Participants include a diverse group: civil servants, workers in organizations and businesses, freelancers, faculty, staff, and final-year students from universities and colleges nationwide. All courses are designed and taught by prestigious experts from Google.

To mark a successful year, the closing ceremony of the 2025 Digital Talent Development Program recognized outstanding individuals and organizations, and unveiling directions for the program in 2026.
With high student participation, remarkable achievements, and strong contributions in promoting a spirit of learning, research, and innovation among students, NIC and Google recognized DTU in the Top 10 outstanding universities nationwide for effective implementation of the 2025 Digital Talent Development Program. This recognition is a testament to DTU sustained efforts to update and improve its training programs, invest in modern infrastructure, and encourage students to actively engage in academic activities, research, and innovation, especially in the Digital Technology field. Thousands of DTU students have participated in online courses provided by Google and NIC, with a high completion rate. Beyond gaining knowledge, students have demonstrated the ability to apply digital knowledge to scientific research, startup projects, and academic competitions.

Dr. Nguyen Duc Man, Vice Dean of the DTU International School (IS), was awarded the title of Outstanding Coordinator of the Digital Talent Development Program 2025.

This title is a well-deserved acknowledgment of Dr. Man's tireless efforts in organizing, managing, and guiding students to participate in the program. With a deep commitment, Dr. Man developed a scientific study pathway, connecting students with relevant courses and practical projects, contributing to the effective implementation of the program at DTU. This achievement not only confirms the crucial role of DTU’s teaching staff in supporting and guiding students but also demonstrates the university’s strong commitment to training and developing digital human resources.
"In a rapidly changing technological landscape, the program has given students the opportunity to access advanced knowledge from Google and, more importantly, has helped cultivate a lifelong learning mindset, self-learning abilities, and self-improvement skills in the Digital Age. For the DTU International School in particular and DTU in general, this is not only an expanded learning activity but also a foundation for integrating digital competencies into our training programs, helping students develop comprehensively in 'AI literacy,' technology skills, English proficiency, and global career thinking," said Dr. Nguyen Duc Man.

With excellent English proficiency and strong technical expertise, Dinh Tuan has consistently demonstrated a passion for learning and connection. He has earned over 10 international professional certificates in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Digital Transformation, while actively engaging in student research projects, academic competitions, and community initiatives.
As one of the International School’s standout students, Dinh Tuan embodies DTU ’s mission to cultivate lifelong learning capacity and research-innovation-integration mindset, empowering students to contribute effectively to Vietnam’s growing digital workforce. This mission is realized through strategic collaborations with Google, Samsung, LG, FSoft, Axon Active, mgm, and international universities such as CBNU, Sogang, Dong-A, and Cincinnati.
Dinh Tuan said: "The Digital Talent Development Program has given me the opportunity to access advanced knowledge in Digital Technology and AI, helping me realize the value of self-directed learning, practicing responsible AI application skills, and building professional capabilities based on a digital foundation. In the future, I hope to continue researching AI applications in Management and Data Analysis, contributing to the national digital transformation process."
