In the context of a rapidly and deeply evolving digital transformation worldwide, it has become essential for every individual to actively build and develop their personal brand, especially their digital brand, as part of their personal and professional growth journey. Recognizing this importance, on the morning of October 11, 2025, Troy Innovators Network - Society (TINS), under Troy University Da Nang, organized a workshop entitled “Gen Z: Positioning Yourselves in the Digital Era” at Duy Tan University, with the participation of students from various universities across Da Nang City.

CEO Le Chi shares insights on personal branding
Troy Innovators Network - Society (TINS) is a startup club under Troy University Da Nang, part of the On-Site Study-Abroad ADP programs and students can obtain US degrees without leaving Vietnam. TINS is also one of six clubs belonging to the HUB Network Da Nang, a network for startups, innovation, and digital transformation.
The “Gen Z: Positioning Yourselves in the Digital Era” workshop was one of TINS’ initiatives aimed at equipping students with foundational knowledge and modern skills to confidently build their personal and digital brands effectively. This event marked a meaningful start to the themed series “From Me to Master”, promising to empower students with the tools and mindset needed for confident and authentic personal branding. The event was supported by Laza International Dental System Da Nang.
The highlight of the program was the participation of Ms. Le Chi, Executive Member of the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association, and CEO of Rong Tien Sa Media. With her extensive experience in communication and brand development, CEO Le Chi provided students with a comprehensive view of the importance of building a personal brand in today’s digital age. She also shared specific strategies to help young people optimize and grow their personal brands across digital platforms.

Students join the “LinkedIn Power-Up Challenge”
Beyond theoretical learning, the workshop gave students hands-on experience through a practical challenge called “LinkedIn Power-Up Challenge.” Through this activity, Gen Z participants practiced creating and optimizing their LinkedIn profiles while engaging in a fun and competitive learning environment with attractive rewards for the winners. This challenge not only helped students improve their professional profiles but also strengthened essential skills for building a powerful personal brand on the world’s leading professional network.
In addition, the Q&A session provided a valuable opportunity for students to receive insightful advice on personal brand development. It was a meaningful chance for participants to learn from an industry expert and find solutions to the real challenges they face in shaping their personal identities and professional presence.
Vo Van Kiet, a sophomore majoring in Event Management at DTU, shared: “The Gen Z: Positioning Yourselves in the Digital Era’ workshop was truly a wonderful and meaningful experience for me. I learned so much from CEO Le Chi, not only communication and professional knowledge but also valuable lessons from her learning and working journey. The workshop helped me realize the importance of continuous learning and striving for self-development in the future.”
The “Gen Z: Positioning Yourselves in the Digital Era” workshop not only offered DTU students valuable insights but also served as a strong source of inspiration, encouraging Gen Z to take charge of their personal branding journey and confidently seize opportunities in the digital era. The event laid a solid foundation for the “From Me to Master” workshop series and reaffirmed TINS’s pioneering role in supporting the holistic development of students.
