On the afternoon of August 29, 2025, the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Medical - ducational Complex and Premium Apartment Project in Ngu Hanh Son Ward officially took place at Lot B3, Nam Tran Thi Ly Bridge New Urban Area, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang City.

In celebration of the 80th Anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025) and the 23rd Congress of the Da Nang Municipal Party Committee, and pursuant to Decision No. 1343/QÐ-UBND dated April 14, 2020 by the Da Nang People’s Committee approving the investment of the project, the Medical-Educational Complex and Premium Apartment Project in Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang City, invested by Thinh Khang An Co., Ltd., was launched. This project is part of the medical tourism ecosystem developed by DTU and DTU Group Joint Stock Company. With a total investment exceeding 1,118 billion VND, located at Lot B3, Tran Thi Ly Bridge New Urban Area, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang City, the project is considered a landmark in the city’s development in healthcare, education, science and technology, innovation, and the medical tourism ecosystem.

The project covers an area of approximately 21,311 m², including a modern Medical–Educational Complex and a Residential (Apartment) Zone with a total construction floor area of 8,524 m². As Da Nang moves toward its vision of becoming a “livable city, a center of innovation, and a hub for high-quality education and healthcare in the Central Highlands region,” this project carries significant meaning on multiple fronts. It is expected to create a premium living, learning, research, and healthcare environment, meeting the growing demands of intellectuals, experts, faculty members, students, and residents of Da Nang.
The groundbreaking of the Medical-Educational Complex and Premium Apartment Project is a meaningful and practical activity in honor of the 80th Anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day. It also reflects the pioneering spirit, social responsibility, and aspiration for sustainable development of DTU and DTU Group Joint Stock Company.
