In addition to receiving certificates, DTU students also guided customers in downloading the Lotusmiles app, logging in, and using its various features such as tracking reward miles, checking transaction history, updating personal information, and accessing exclusive offers. They also encouraged customers to follow the fanpage "Lotusmiles - Fly with Vietnam Airlines" to stay updated on attractive promotional campaigns. Moreover, DTU students supported guests in participating in a lucky draw program that offered valuable prizes such as BSV Titan membership cards, reward miles, backpacks, t-shirts, luggage bags, charging cables, and Bluetooth speakers. These activities played an important role in creating exciting and engaging experiences for participants in the program.

The internship program was made possible through the coordination and support of Mr. Dang Ngoc Trung. The valuable connections between DTU’s lecturers and various businesses and organizations have opened up significant opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience and build strong relationships between academia and industry. As a result, students gain access to reliable internship placements where they can apply their knowledge in real-world settings, paving the way for promising career prospects.

Nguyen Hoang Yen Nhi said: “Participating in the program with Vietnam Airlines was a truly meaningful and enriching experience for me. I was not only exposed to a professional working environment but also had the chance to improve my communication skills, boost my confidence, and develop problem-solving and teamwork abilities while assisting customers at the booths. Receiving the Lotusmiles internship certificate from Vietnam Airlines was a wonderful acknowledgment of my efforts throughout the program. This experience will definitely be a major advantage as I pursue career opportunities in the service industry, aviation, or roles that require strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.”
