On April 21st, 2025, at the 120 Hoang Minh Thao campus, the DTU Chinese Language Department and Hoa Loi Dat Garment Co., Ltd. Jointly held a networking and recruitment event for DTU students of the Chinese Language. This meaningful activity is part of an ongoing initiative connecting DTU with businesses, aiming to provide real job opportunities while helping students gain clearer career direction even before graduation.

They not only study the language but also acquire essential soft skills, which will enable them to meet the demands of employers very well.”

 At the networking event, in addition to learning about the lean production model with modern machinery and being introduced to the company’s culture, mission, and goals, students were also informed about internship and full-time positions available, offering attractive benefits such as allowances, competitive salaries ranging from 9 to 15 million VND upon graduation, insurance, free accommodation and meals, shuttle service, as well as opportunities for training and working in China. Besides a professional working environment, the company also organizes various cultural and sports activities and cares about employee well-being.

One of the event’s most anticipated highlights was the on-site interview and direct recruitment activity. The students had the chance not only to showcase their abilities through practical interview rounds but also to be hired immediately if they met the recruitment criteria.
