An Agreement with Kainuma Construction Company

On April 10, 2025, DTU signed a cooperation agreement with Kainuma Construction Joint Stock Company from Japan - one of the reputable enterprises in the construction sector in the Land of the Rising Sun. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Uyama Koichiro, Kainuma Company General Director; Dr. Nguyen Huu Phu, DTU Deputy Provost, along with representatives from various units and students.

At the event, Mr. Uyama Koichiro expressed his confidence in the quality of education at DTU: “We highly appreciate the dynamism, diligence, and eagerness to learn of Vietnamese students in general, and DTU students in particular. Collaborating with DTU, a prestigious educational institution, will help us connect with and support a young, talented workforce. I believe this cooperation will bring many practical benefits, especially for students who wish to intern and develop their careers in Japan.”

 

An agreement with Kainuma Construction Company


The MoU signing ceremony marks an important milestone, signaling a new step forward in expanding DTU’s international partnerships, especially in the fields of training and developing high-quality human resources to serve the global labor market. According to the agreement, DTU and Kainuma Construction Joint Stock Company will collaborate to implement internship programs, skills training, and recruitment of graduates. DTU students will have the opportunity to gain practical work experience in Japan, thereby improving their expertise and professional skills. Through this cooperation, DTU students in general, especially those studying Engineering, Construction, and Technology fields, will have more opportunities to gain overseas practical experience, enhancing their competitiveness in the regional and global labor markets.


 
Dr. Nguyen Huu Phu shared: “DTU always prioritizes collaborating with businesses, particularly international partners, to provide the best conditions for students to learn, practice, and start their careers. The cooperation with Kainuma Company will serve as a strong bridge helping students access the Japanese labor market and develop their careers in a professional and modern environment.”


The signing of the agreement with Kainuma Construction Joint Stock Company once again affirms the increasingly enhanced position and prestige of DTU on the international higher education map. At the same time, it serves as proof of the university’s deep integration strategy, which has been and continues to be pursued to train global citizens who are dynamic and resilient.
