An Agreement with FSOFT to Launch the Japanese Bridge Software Engineer Program

On August 23, 2024, DTU signed an agreement with FPT Software Da Nang (FSOFT Central Region) to implement the Japanese Bridge Software Engineer (Japanese BrSE) training program for DTU second-year students. This program has been effectively run by FPT Software Da Nang and is now being officially transferred to universities to continue the mission of training to provide the labor market with high-quality human resources in IT industry.

Founded in 2005, FPT Software Da Nang has become the largest IT company in Central Vietnam. Currently, FPT Software Da Nang has two offices: the FPT An Don Building in An Hai Bac Ward, Son Tra District, and the FPT Complex in Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District. 

 

Over the years, the company has established partnerships with nearly 30 universities and colleges offering IT programs in the Central region (Vinh, Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, and Quy Nhon) to meet the need for resource development,

 

Along with these collaborations, FPT Software Da Nang has transferred training programs, developed by its own technology experts, to these universities. The universities have committed to training students according to this program to ensure that upon graduation, students meet the quality standards be employed by FPT Software Da Nang.

At the Signing ceremony, the leaders of both FSOFT Central Region and DTU affirmed that they have maintained a close relationship for the past 15 years and implemented many useful programs for IT students. Both parties expressed their confidence in the success of the Japanese BrSE training program. Leaders of both sides also emphasized the importance of equipping students with not only professional knowledge but also "soft" skills and foreign languages to integrate into international work environments. 

 

The Japanese BrSE training program was designed for students majoring in IT and Computer Science. With the goal of fostering and developing capabilities, the program helps students improve their professional knowledge while enhance their Japanese language skills, crucial language in the IT and Software industry. Through the close collaboration between DTU and FSOFT Central Region, students participating in the program will have the opportunity to expand their career prospects in Japan, with attractive salaries upon graduation. Outstanding students in the program will also be awarded scholarships worth up to tens of millions of VND to encourage academic excellence.

 

By implementing the Japanese BrSE training program, both DTU and FSOFT Central Region aim to train talented engineers who are ready to meet the labor market demands in Japan and other countries. This program represents a golden opportunity for students to pursue their passion in IT and exploring international work environments.
