On the morning of August 24, 2024, the Faculty of Business Administration & Marketing of the School of Business & Economics successfully hosted the final round of the 2024 Marketer’s Challenge at DTU. After two rounds featuring over eighty projects from various teams across different fields, the organizers selected the nine most outstanding projects for the final round.
Students confidently presented their products in the final round
The competition was supported by more than thirty businesses. The organizers collaborated with entrepreneurs, advisors, and alumni to provide skills training sessions for the teams on topics such as “Video shooting” at the DTU film studio, “Developing communication & marketing plans”, “Financial planning for projects”, “Project presentation”, and notably one-on-one mentoring for the nine teams in the finals.
“This is the first competition organized by the Faculty of Business Administration & Marketing of the School of Business & Economics,” DTU acting Vice Provost Dr Vo Thanh Hai explained. “Of note, the contest coincides with DTU’s thirtieth anniversary, which is also the thirtieth anniversary of the DTU Faculty of Marketing. I’m very pleased that the competition attracted a large number of student projects in just four months. The projects presented are very impressive, and I hope that they’ll grow into fully worked-out versions of themselves after this final round and have the potential to compete internationally. I’d like to thank the businesses for providing the best opportunities for DTU students to do internships and for welcoming them after they graduate.”
