DTU Announces 2024 Admission Scores

DTU announced the 2024 admission scores based on the following:


- 2024 High School Graduation Exam (HSGE) results
- High-school transcripts
- 2024 academic performance test results

Admissions based on 2024 HSGE exam results  


- Admission grades = total three-subject score + preferential points 
- Medicine, Odonto-Stomatology: admission grade = 22.5 points
- Pharmacy: admission grade = 21 points 
- Nursing: admission grade = 19 points 
- Architecture: admission grade = 22 points 
- Other majors: admission grade = 16 points 

 

Notes: 

 

- Drawing test scores (multiplied by 2): candidates can use drawing exam grades from any university in Vietnam.  
- Applicants can change their major during enrollment.

 

Admissions based on high-school transcript 

 

Admission grade = total three-subject score + preferential points

 

Medicine, Odonto-Stomatology, Pharmacy: 


- Admission grade = 24 points
- graduated high school magna cum laude or higher, or a graduation score of 8.0 or higher

 

Nursing: 

 

- Admission grade = 19.5 points
- graduated high school cum laude or higher, or a graduation score of 6.5 or higher
Architecture:  admission grade = 20 points (Drawing test scores multiplied by 2)
Other majors: admission grade = 18 points 

 

Note: 


- Drawing test scores (multiplied by 2): candidates can use drawing exam grades from any university in Vietnam
- Applicants can change their major during enrollment.

Admissions based on Academic Performance test results 

 

*Admissions based on 2023 Academic Performance test results from VNU HCMC

 

- For Medicine, Odonto-Stomatology, Pharmacy: a total of at least 700 points, and grade-12 results magna cum laude or higher, or a high school graduation score of 8.0 or higher
- For Nursing: a total of at least 700 points, and grade-12 results cum laude or higher, or a high school graduation score of 6.5 or higher
- For other majors: a total of at least 650 points

 

* Admissions based on 2024 Academic Performance test results from VNU Hanoi


- For Medicine, Odonto-Stomatology, Pharmacy: a total of at least 100 points and grade-12 results magna cum laude or higher, or a high school graduation score of 8.0 or higher
- For Nursing: a total of at least 90 points and grade-12 results cum laude or higher, or a high school graduation score of 6.5 or higher
- For other majors: a total of at least 85 points

Enrollment period


- Applicants must confirm their enrollment online through the Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) portal and visit DTU in person at 254 Nguyen Van Linh, Thanh Khe District, Danang, from August 20 to August 28, 2024.
- Applicants must have graduated from high school 

 

Enrollment application


- Admission form issued by DTU
- A notarized copy of the high school transcript
- An original high school exam result transcript 
- An original provisional high school graduation certificate or a notarized copy if graduated before 2024 
- Copies of documents certifying the status of preferential person or area, if applicable, such as a certificate of status of a child of war dead; a war invalid’s card; proof of the applicability of policies for war invalids to themselves or parents; or other preferential certificates.

Enrollment

 

For optimal support to applicants when enrolling, DTU provides the following enrollment instructions:

 

-In-person enrollment
- Applicants must confirm their enrollment online through the Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) portal and visit DTU in person at 254 Nguyen Van Linh, Thanh Khe District, Danang, from August 20 to August 28, 2024.

 

- Working hours: 


+ Mornings: from 07:00 to 11:00 (Monday to Sunday)
+ Afternoons: from 13:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Sunday) 
-Bring all required documents and fees as listed in the Admission Notice 
- Tuition fees can be paid in two ways:

 

Method 1: Bank Transfer 


- Beneficiary: DUY TAN UNIVERSITY
- First account number: 118 000 181 119
- At Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry & Trade (VIETINBANK).
or
- Second account number: 68 11 11 1994
- At Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (VCB).
 

Comment: “Payment of 1st term tuition fee for [student’s full name], application number: [code shown on admission notice, consisting of 6 digits]”. E.g.: Payment of 1st term tuition fee for John Doe, application number: 999999
 

Note: When visiting the university for enrollment, students or parents must bring proof of payment from their bank and will receive a tuition receipt from the DTU Planning & Financial Affairs Department at 254 Nguyen Van Linh, Danang.

 

Method 2: Online enrollment 


Step 1: Applicants visit the online enrollment web page at http://nhaphoc.duytan.edu.vn
Step 2: Enter the required information.
Step 3: Pay tuition and other fees by bank transfer (see instructions above)
Step 4: DTU will email the class schedule, or the faculty will provide it.

 

Notes: 


- If tuition fees are paid by bank transfer (Internet Banking), students or parents should take a screenshot of the transaction and attach this during the enrollment procedure
- If tuition fees are paid at a bank counter, students or parents should photograph the receipt and attach this during the enrollment procedure
- Applicants must submit their enrollment documents to the university after completing online enrollment
